Room entry door extremely heavy. Clerk told us EVERYONE COMPLAINS but State of Ohio fire laws preclude doors from being replaced. Ha! Front desk rarely attended. Minimal workout area, 2 machines.

Nice hotel close to casino

Location: Plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus the Hollywood casino is close by (2-3miles away)
Hotel was ok, good value for the purpose. Only negative thing is the A/C sounded like a major turbine when it turned on.

Very nice.....

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no breakfast
Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. A/C was quiet and consistent.... No free breakfast but TimHorton's was just up the street.
