Our room was filthy. There was soot on the wall by the bathroom (in our Non-smoking room), there was a dirty bandaid stuck to the sink and dirty sheets. In addition to all of the above, the smoke alarm had been removed and placed on a shelf and had no battery backup. (This obviously doesn't meet safety code for hotels...) Needless to say, we promptly checked out and are waiting on our refund.

room was spacious & clean. the only things i did not like are the fact that i had to sign a contract stating that i was not allowed to have any guests whatsoever, there was no bathtub, only a stand-in shower, and the parking lot seemed to always be full.

The only thing good about this hotel is its low price for the area. Old, beat-up, dirty, poorly run. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

Called the day before to see about early check-in. Man who answered was very nice and said he couldn’t guarantee a room when we arrived due to everyone else wanting to check-in early for the event in the area that we were there for but said to show up early and he would do what he could for us. We arrived a couple hours before check-in and they had a room available no problem. Rooms are pretty basic but for $55 a night, definitely worth the money.
