"Loved It"
Loved this hotel! Especially the breakfast, so many choices. I think I overate every morning. My kids were disappointed they couldn't go swimming. The pool was too deep for them and we forgot their floaties. The hotel was in close proximity to almost everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. I thought the beds were a little hard, but that is just personal opinion. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

"Amazing food at a nice hotel! "
The cliff house is a beautiful hotel. The staff as a whole were amazingly nice and courteous. My only complaint about the room is minor. Ie:dirty grout on bathroom floor that badly needs replacing, dated bathroom decor, mini fridge right next to the shower. Other than those few things I would say the room was comfortable. Nightly turndown service was a nice touch and added to the classy feeling. The hotel restaurant on the other hand was AMAZING. Our first night we had dinner on the veranda. My husband and I both agree we have never had tastier food. Even the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was delicious! We are already planning our next stay at the cliff house on Labor Day!

"Clean room, easy interstate access, and then there are the buffalo burger"
My husband and I were super happy with this hotel. It isn't the most attractive hotel from the outside, but stay here!!! The cruise ship/Atlantic City carpet is not my style either but it's no big deal. The check-in was friendly and easy, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. The tv was a little smaller than I like but the picture quality was great; we rented a movie on it which is something we almost never do. The indoor pool area is spacious and clean. We didn't use the outdoor one, but it looked nice too. Room service prices are better than at most hotels (don't get me wrong, it's not cheap - just comparatively cheaper). Let's get to Rick's Bar. We were very hesitant to eat dinner at the hotel - thought we would miss out on a having a nice local flavor meal. Wrong. The buffalo patty melt was absolutely fantastic. It's exactly what I wanted to eat in Colorado. The service from the blond male bartender was very professional. If we were in the area again, I would love to stay there. Although we stayed as a couple, it seemed like a good large group hotel.

"Great location and value!"
I have stayed in the Value Inn several times and each time, the hotel has been clean and quiet. It is in an excellent location for the events that I come to do and a great value for the money. I would request healthier breakfast choices though.

"Good Quality for the Price"
I booked the Eleganté as a Travelocity bundle. I was pleased with the value. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The desk staff (particularly Trevor) were always helpful. Breakfast is included. It's not fancy, but it is consistent. I was expecting more business travelers, but the other guests seemed to be mostly vacationers and retirees. The lobby, with it's stone fireplace, is welcoming, and many people enjoyed sitting in the outdoor areas. The rest of the hotel could use some color — the rooms and halls are all bland beige and no artwork. If possible, ask for a third floor, west-facing room. The view of the Rockies is wonderful.
