This property is in serious need of renovations. Very old and dirty carpets with burn stains on it. Curtains are also stained. No iron or ironing board in room. No bathroom toiletries or hair dryer. The furniture is worn and very old. The kitchen table and chairs are chipped and wobble and are unsafe to sit in. Door locks are weak, having to try several times before keycard worked. Not happy!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Minus a few issues. Such as the door almost having to be shpulder opened, and a mysterious wet spot on the floor in the room. Noticedspme maintenance issues that should be taken care such as loose door handles on the cabinets, and missing hooks on the bathroom

Subpar at best
Our stay was June 9th-11th of 2024. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom was messed up upon arrival. The carpet was filthy and you could see the spots on it. Had to be careful with the shower nozzle/ faucet we had to be easy with it because if you just used it like normal it seemed like it might come off the wall. And the ceiling fan looked like it was about to fall out the ceiling. There was an old birds nest on the porch light by the entrance door. And knowing we had 6 people staying there there was a shortage of towels. The phone in the room also didn’t work. The pool was closed the entire time we stayed there. The upstairs shower didn’t seem clean and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner and shower wash were almost completely empty.On the bright side the beds were really comfortable and so was the living room furniture. All the kitchen appliances worked and the room had good lighting.

Firsr I didnt like that the pool was down. At booking it should state thay the pool is down and customers should be pro rated for that fact because hotels do cost more with pools. Second the breakfast was poor. The juice machine wasnt working, the micro stopped working. There was no hot foods like egs, sausage, bacon, etc... and they had no cream cheese for their bagels. Third, i had reserved oir room for 5 people. We only received 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people. When we went to the desk to ask for 1 more towel and a couple eash cloths, they told us we have to bring our dirty to exchange them. Thats unacceptable. We should be given tje proper amount of towels and wash cloths for the amount of people reserving the room. Fourth the worker I dealt with in the morning at breakfast time kept rolling his eyes at me when I asked about his juice machine and tje microwave. So disrespectful. This hotel/suite cost way too much money for the services we received. We will not stay here anymore unless absolutely necessary.
