The place is really nice. Very close to Sandbanks. Our room had a quite big washroom but the shower was really small and sprayed water outside the shower.

Poor accommodations, nothing ready, bought breakfast voucher and the restaurant was closed and locked. They should not accept reservations if they are not ready to receive guests. The well had warns not not to drink, the pool was under construction. The room was dated and smelled musty.

We walked the area of the property there were no chairs to sit anywhere other then lawn chairs at beach. No flowers to be seen...maybe one basket. We were checked into our $300 room. There were cobwebs, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was in need of help. The tv internet was sketchy. We were moved to a new room and it wasnt any better. The cost for one night does not reflect what you expect.

We spent 1 night mid October weekend *Saturday (. The room smelled musky, there was human hair in the bathtub *not our). Beds were well dine, comfortable. The redort must be nice during summer especially if u like the "time has stopped in the 60s" feel. But in off season the price of $350 per night is way too steep for a place like this

Rooms need some updating for sure, but the hotel is clean and we can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. Incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed for the Prince Edward County Gran Fondo (which they host) and it was very convenient to stay on site. Thank you!

The staff is nice but the property is aging with strong smell. Shower heads need to be changed definitely, not only the room i stayed made noise all the way, even i could hear others when it was in use.

The resort needs a refresh and update . The pool is closed the grounds are not that well kept. The tennis courts had weeds growing on the courts. The room was clean but very dated and had an extremely noisy air conditioning unit. But the most problematic was the request for a credit card incase of damages incurred to the room which was fine except they charged my credit card . When I enquired as to why my credit card was charged the hotel management said this was standard and I will see a credit in the few days . It had been two days and I am still waiting . I have never experienced a hotel charging my credit card ahead of time. Its customary to have it as a hold / safe guard against damages. I am still waiting for my credit . This not acceptable and I will not be staying at this property again .
