Nicer than Neches
The hotel is not too far of a drive from downtown, and you can escape the downtown prices, lack of parking, and the noise of an outdoor 2am venue that you might deal with in the heart of the city. The room had a nice sitting area so it felt spacious. I only needed it for one night but would have been happy staying longer. I woke too late to see what the breakfast included, but i did notice a tea station downstairs that was available all day, so that’s nice.

When I say this property is the epitome of excellent service I MEAN IT! From the check in attendant fulfilling my requests to GiGi and the manager saving and swiftly returning my forgotten cell phone. On top of all that, GiGi wrote me the kindest note and included it with my phone. Spacious rooms, generous breakfast selection, indoor heated pool, quiet, and comfortable.

The check in was easy and quick along with friendly employee. There was plenty of (free)parking and lots of lighting. We drove to the convention center all weekend for a tournament, which was about a 15 - 20 minute drive depending on traffic. There are fast food places nearby and the hotel has a small convenience snack area with snacks to purchase. We noticed hot breakfast each morning that looked and smelled good, but we did not eat there. We had a 2 queens room w/pullout couch and it was perfect for us 3 females. Room seemed clean, pool looked clean, lobby area was clean and guests we passed were nice. We would for sure stay again.
