They stay was nice everyone was friendly, my blow dryer was broke but overall I had no problems. Housekeeping was awesome, and the front staff was great.

Upon check in the staffperson was very friendly, quick, and accommodating. There were luggage carts available to use and an elevator, although the lobby was a bit cramped and crowded with furniture and made it hard to maneuver the cart to the elevator. The hallway to my room was very noisy with mechanical noises coming from the ceiling.The room was clean and comfortable. Around midnight there was banging on the walls that went on for a good half hour. No one answered when I tried to call the front desk after repeated attempts. The breakfast area was very small and sprawled out all over the lobby, making it hard to find things. When I rang for the elevator a housekeeper entered through the backside with her cart even though she saw me with my hands full and just used the elevator anyway without letting me in. Another housekeeper nearby saw what had happened and apologized to me, saying that the other housekeeper should have waited and allowed me to use the elevator first. Upon departure there was dog waste right in front of my vehicle.

Dear Guest: We carefully read your report. Most of the comments we receive indicate that our staff are very friendly and it seems that we failed to do the same for you. This is a former Marriott hotel, built in 2002 and indeed when you find the lobby area for breakfast tight, it is because most guests come for breakfast at the same time. We are sorry that we did not provide you with 100% satisfaction.

Nice Room

Pros: comfortable room, good location, good value for the money
Cons: Sank down too far in easy chair and office chair did not reach the desk top.
The room was clean and comfortable. The easy chair and office chair should be replaced soon otherwise good room. The location was great, just of the interstate but not too close to hear traffic. The grounds were beautiful, kudos to whoever keeps the flowers, specially the roses.

Last minute vacation.

Pros: Friendly staff, budget friendly, clean.
Location: Close to downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Space Mountain, Six Flags. All you can imagine.
For being a budget friendly hotel, everything was as mentioned on the website. It was great having a coffee maker/coffee and mini frig. Only thing wrong was that the elevator was not working and our room was on the third floor. The staff members were all friendly and accommodating. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

very comfort hotel

Very nice hotel with the swimming pool outside. The room was great. It has fridge and microwave. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed spending a night there.
