Check in was a hassle. 3 of us in the room, but only had 2 towels. When another towel was requested, we were told that we must bring used towels to get another towel. Just pitiful, but if you are looking for homeless people hanging around your vehicle or need a strip club this is your spot

We apologize for the check in process and the towels. It is required to request the soiled towels for exchange of fresh towels. It's no different when housekeeping comes to your room, it's a towel exchange. As far as the Gentlemen's Club across the street, it was in that location before the Hotel was built.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the closest shopping area was not within walking distance. There is shopping within a mile from the hotel and Lenox Square Mall is within 2 miles.

The property charged a $50 incidentals fee at check in which gets refunded upon checkout (androom inspection iasume) but this was not disclosed when I placed the reservation throug Travelocity.
