"The hotel/auberge was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Upon checking in, the staff was helpful, and very pleasant.
The location is very conveniently located in downtown. Cafes, the Museo de Civilization is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There are many fine dining, casual dining and cafes within a 5 minute walk.
The bedroom was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The tile is the bathroom is heated. The staff checks in in the evenings for turn down service, offering tea, chocolate, water bottles and additional towels. Everyone is so polite!! Most of the staff is bilingual, making it super easy to communicate. The concierge staff provided us with multiple great recommendations of restaurants and areas to visit. We really liked Louise Tavern at 48 Rue Saint-Paul, (breakfast traditional, yogurt and fruits with toast, fish and chips, flank steak, fries) and for dinner
La Buchette (they have traditional Quebec City entrees - we got Shepherds Pie and Fish & Chips).
La Frontenac, The Funicular and Petit Champlain, and the Unitours bus tours are a must."
