"The Compass is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at in a while. That's saying something because we've stayed in about a dozen hotels in the last two months alone. The location is perfect for visiting Flagler Beach. It's surrounded by excellent espresso cafes, restaurants, and shopping and is a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Flagler Pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offerings are somewhat better than average and the house coffee is definitely a cut above. We'll be heading back to the area in the next few months and we will not consider staying anywhere other than the Compass."

"The owner, Doug, is wonderful in his communication. We had a small problem with the internet, and he saw the problem thru and followed up to make sure that the problem was rectified. The unit is spacious and the description is accurate down the the details. We stayed for nine days and enjoyed every day. The condo complex is quiet and beautiful. The beach is not crowded and makes you feel that you have a special spot for you and your family. Flagler Beach is the perfect small town of beaches. We love it here!"
