"The onsen was good, but not great. The rooms were not too small, but equipped with very cheep furniture, that showed the wear. I booked superior room and got a Motel 6, with dust covered appliances. The food for breakfast is plentiful, but only a small fraction is edible if you like good unprocessed ..."

THE TOYA
"Lovely staff and a quaint little place, but at the time of booking I didn’t realise it was one shared toilet down very narrow stairs, which isn’t great in the middle of the night. Of course this isn’t the fault of the hotel, just be aware of this when booking."

"The venue is wonderful. Located slightly off the town centre. However, it was challenging to get dinner on site as dinner has to be pre booked. A bit of challenge for us as we did not know that and many places in town closed early. Breakfast was excellent. I had the Japanese breakfast and hubby had the western. Both were very good."
