Second year in row renting for winter park escapes the hot tub has been so dirty it’s unusable. At least this time they came to clean it without trying to charge me extra for it. They came the day after check in & had to drain & refill it which meant it was not usable the second day either as it takes a long time to heat up. The have me 50 refund. They claim we broke a coffee pot which was not broke when we least the property & charged 50 on our cc to replace it, without asking us any questions. The house itself is great except the breakers kept flipping with regular use. Dealing with & the treatment we received from Winter Park Escapes that has made the stay stressful. If you rent from them make sure you check the hot tub upon arrival. They will still claim they have photos of it clean, so you’ll have to take your own photos to prove you need them to come out.
