VACASA is terrible

Vacasa texted me at 4:24 p.m. on Friday stating our unit was not available. My granddaughter was on the phone with Vacasa at 4:03 p.m. advising them the unit was not tenable as the building (all three levels0 was covered in plastic and was being worked on by construction workers. Earlier in the day I received a text that we could have early check in. Do not know how as could not even get into the building. I reserved a ground floor unit because one of our party is in a wheelchair. However, she was in the hospital so was not with us. We were able to be relocated to another unit

Good location, but not clean, Vacasa not helpful

We've stayed at about 7 different units in this condo association so we're pretty familiar with what to expect. This unit was like most others except for a few problems: - the bedding was not clean (comforters had stains and hairs on the bedding and pillows) - we had to wash the bedding before we could use it the first night - there were dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed - the main bedroom/bathroom was musty and had a moldy smell, I'm guessing there is water leakage down into the unit - I talked to the HOA receptionist and she said the end units on other buildings were being repaired from water damage (the rooftop deck was leaking down into the end units) and they were eventually going to get to the building we stayed in. There was a dehumidifier running in the master bedroom when we got there but it was still musty - the drinking mugs (there was no glassware) were dirty, we had to run the dishwasher on the mugs before we used them I let Vacasa know about the lack of cleanliness and they apologized but didn't do anything about it. So I requested a refund on the cleaning fee. They said they'd open a report and get back to me, but they never did get back to me. And when I reach out they say "someone will follow up with you" but they never do. I've had a few bad experiences with Vacasa, going to try and avoid any properties that they manage going forward.

It was nice and clean , only 2 min. walk to the beach , heated outdoor pool , grounds well maintained . Some construction noise , but the bigger problem was that the main Bathroom shower was not usable , Tab was loose and leaking badly .We reported the problem on the fist Day , we where there for 14 Days ! and contacted Vacaasa every Day , got always an excuse and apology , but nobody came to even look at it ! we talked to the local Plumber at Day 10 and he looked at it and said it will take some time to repair , not before we leave .We where told to not even talk to the local Condo people . So for the 14 Days with 4 people we could only use the ensuite Shower .The Condo is very nice , just the people that are sopose to Maintain it are not doing there Job.

Quick Stop

We were looking to extend our summer trip to the beach. Westport was the perfect stop before heading to Cannon Beach. The condo was spacious, clean ands easy to check in and check out.

Westport spring break '24

Lovely casual beach condos fully equipped for comfort and rest. Just a few steps to the beach path. We experienced the most beautiful, unseasonable weather and enjoyed our much needed beach therapy.

Fridge and freezer needed service, did not hear back on getting any. Mold on shower curtain, food and crumbs in couches. Couches need to be replaced.

Look no further than this gem! Super easy to book. The condo was spectacular. Clean, organized and fully stocked. The complex has everything you need. To top it off, the beach is literally steps away! You simply can't beat it! Rent it and you'll have an unforgettable stay.

Lovely girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Westport. We were off the grid but with good amenities. No water view is the only draw back to this hacienda. It was clean and decently appointed. Short walk to the beach and great access…. Just have to put some shoes on!

Great place but hard to get into

I have no complaints about the inside of the condo itself. It was spacious and clean. The master bath was huge, bigger than any of my bathrooms at home. The bed was comfortable. My one complaint is that it took half an hour to get into the condo. The key holder for the condo is about 6 feet high, so if you are 5-1/2 feet or less, its not possible to see the numbers on the key holder. It also turns out that the clear button is missing on the key holder. So, if you are not tall you need to bring a step stool and a screw driver. The instructions stated that there was a backup key holder in the back patio area, found that and was able to open it easily, but there was no key inside. I was able to make a phone call and after talking to a couple of people, someone from housekeeping was sent over, she was tall and had a screwdriver and we were finally able to get in. I would stay again, but only after the key holder was replaced.

The best on the coast

This is a terrific complex. As it is next to a state park the beach was not over crowded, there was no vehicle traffic, and the walk to the shore was minimal and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and close to the beach

Spacious end unit. Living/dining/kitchen very open with large windows that let in a lot of light. Easy trail access to the wide beach. Loved our walks on the beach. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back. FYI: Unable to get Kurig coffe maker to work but there was a Mr. Coffee that work great.

Pet perfect!

Ground floor unit steps away from access to a paved walking/ biking trail overlooking the beach. Also steps away from an easy beach access. Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was very comfortable with a patio and grassy area for our dogs. Everything was great!

Family vacation

Perfectly located by the beach and dog-friendly

We had a great stay with family & few friends for Father’s Day weekend. Trail to the beach is literally steps away from the condo. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was overall clean but a few spots missed. We also had door issues, master bedroom door didn’t click close at all which was annoying and guest bathroom door didn’t properly lock. I wished these issues were either addressed to us or fixed prior to our stay. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo. Kitchen provided everything we needed and the tv offered various streaming platforms without needing an account.

Gret Weekend Getaway

This Condo was perfect for our quick getaway! It was so nice to be able to walk right down to the ocean in the backyard and then have a place to come rinse off! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and a big plus was rhe fun park and hot tub right on site! Thank you so much we will definitly be back!

Crabbing in Westport

Love this location. Right on the beach and 10 minutes to the docks for crabbing. The condo was very nice and well taken care of. Will definitely stay there again.
