If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled.

❄️ HVAC System

The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines:



• Heating: Fully active from October 13 – May 1

• Air Conditioning: Fully active from May 15 – October 1



Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association.



🚗 Parking Guidelines

• Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror

• Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit

• Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense
