The staff is amazing and attentive to their customers’ needs. There were a few cosmetics within the building and rooms that could use upgrades, but other than the it seems the building is kept up to date.

The stay and location was great, the staff was also very friendly and polite, just the hvac being out and it getting up to 80 degrees daily was a bit frustrating for the pricepoint I feel like, but we were upgraded at no cost on day 2 which was a nice surprise.

The property was great for what we needed it to be for. The staff was very kind and you could tell they really wanted our stay to be great. The few things that need work was our sheets on our bed I think were too small as they popped off all night long, the a/c wasn't working and our room ceiling fan wasn't working either so we called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man to help us. He reset the ac but couldn't fix the fan and they didn't have any more room fans. The room was nice but it was very warm for sleeping. Or than that the valet was great, and my husband said the gym was a nice addition to be able to use.

4 day 3 night stay

The room was in credible- everything and more was included in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous and would always answer our questions. My only complaint for our stay was the heat was deleted from our thermostat. So on a 40 degree night we had no heat. Front desk immediately brought us up a blanket which helped a little bit. Overall other than the first night, it’s a beautiful place to stay!

Location had adequate restaurants within a block & a half; Chinatown with more restaurants was within easy walking distance. Safeway across the street. Metro was a 10 minute, easy walk giving access to downtown. Safe and quiet area for women to be in at night.
