Maintenance issues
Booking the stay was a frustrating process. The need to submit real time photo identification of my government issued ID, and a photo of myself and me holding the ID seemed invasive. Following that process, i was not given the entry code until I called and asked for it. When we arrived, we found boogers and gobs of hair stuck to the walls in various places. The upstairs toilet drips on the downstairs toilet when flushed, so unfortunately, we found out the hard way, that if you are sitting on the toilet downstairs, you get dripped on. The lock on the door malfunctioned while we were there so the code they gave us no longer worked and we had to leave the back door unlocked to get back into the property. The bedding and curtains were stained. After all of these issues were reported with photo evidence, we were offered a 100 refund. 1/17th the cost of the stay. We were disappointed to say the least.
