Came back to find a fire had broken out...thank god it wasnt on our floor but it was floor just above us, but on opposite end of hall. I had my 10 year old grandson with me on our stay and he was very shaken up and was very scared throughout the night:(

The Crowne Plaza was an amazing place to stay. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient! The shuttle comes and leaves every 30 minutes and the drivers were very respectful and friendly. The front desk staff were patient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. There are restaurants and stores in walking distance. I felt safe walking at night and in the hotel at night! Highly recommend this location! Will definitely book again!

I booked two rooms, and both were dirty. The television didn’t work and was never fixed, even though we stayed for four days. I booked a king-size bed but was given a room with two full beds instead. The bathtub issue was also never addressed. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The experience was terrible, and the front desk staff member on August 6th around 4 PM clearly needs retraining. Expedia did their part to help, but my overall experience at this hotel was awful.

The property was clean and the staff was great. There was no a/c in the hallways and it was 100 degrees outside. The a/c in the room worked but from your room to the elevator nothing. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There is a Starbucks on site and the bar/restaurant was good. We only stayed for 3 days so for that it was fine. I wouldn’t stay for longer than that.
