We stay here once a year for a couple of nights, always clean however latest renovations were budget, rooms look good but that bathroom were a cover up job. Aside from the bathroom, everything else looks great and functions well.

When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.

"Should not be allowed on Expedia. In the middle of a branding change. We were one of numerous people that booked rooms in advance but there were no rooms. We were told they were going to refund and get us a complimentary room ready while we ate nextdoor. Came back, no room. Another person was put in a room that was actively being painted, supplies still in the room. Will go down as one of the worst, least professional experiences ever at a hotel.
