Overall property is nice enough and looks to have been recently updated. Only complaint is lack of cleanliness. Floors were grubby, sheets smelled like they weren't washed properly, many dead bugs in the bathroom light/vent.

Front office staff were very nice. Room was very quiet and beds comfortable. Disappointed by stained ceiling tiles in bathroom, dirty floor in bath and toilet did not flush properly. Hope these issues get addressed.

Probably the best hotel at the exit, but I would not stay there again. Roaches in room, one of the beds has soiled linen and breakfast was a joke.

Motel was just nasty. This $204 stay was not worth it. I had a bug right next to me in the bed. The Floors, and dresser’s was blatantly nasty. The bathroom was not clean. I would never go to any red roof inn. Very bad service and experience.

I just wanna say it was one of the worst experience I had as far as a hotel is concerned the quality of this hotel should be priced at about $30 $40 a night. It was disgustingly dirty. I could not breathe because the roof smelled like smoke and mildew the air conditioner did not work on top of that. There is Brochu and I was gaslighted into believing I was supposed to take another room instead of leaving and receiving a refund I do not recommend the owner has to be buying fake reviews because there is no way this place has the reputation it has. It’s fake news.

Mold and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Hair in the bottom of the shower. Dirty shower curtain. Lock hinge on door was broke off. Floor was dirty. Smelled bad as well. Worst place I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed in RedRoof Inn. Paid over $80 and it wasn't worth $5.

We could not stay. We walked in, looked around and left. The beds were stained/dirty, the mirror was dirty w splatter. The toilet paper was a very used roll. Looked like mold in bathroom. Too filthy to take my kids. I didn’t think to take pictures. Was worried about our safety. My daughter took one picture to show me how gross it was that it was an old toilet paper roll.
