"Stayed here for daughters UK graduation weekend. The shower only had hot/warm water the morning of 5/9 and was cold on 5/10. We switched rooms hoping that the water issue would change. It was still ice cold on 5/11. We also didn't realize there was no continental breakfast that we've always had when staying at any other Holiday Inn. Were told at the front desk on 5/9 that if we had paid for breakfast. we would have received tickets for it when we checked in. When I made the reservation, I don't recall being given the option to include breakfast. "
