"The room was adequate but the conditioner and body wash were empty. The staff was unhelpful when we arrived early, we were told there would be an extra charge or, we could wait. She did not offer to hold our bags or suggest any tourist sites to explore or restaurants we could grab a bite to eat. In the morning, my daughter had to leave for a competition before breakfast was served. We asked for a banana or yogurt and the front desk clerk very rudely told us that breakfast wasn't for another 20 minutes and there is nothing she could do. She couldn't disrupt the breakfast staff early...not even for a child...we will not be back."
