Best in Miami

Small but delicious breakfast. Less food options than some hotels, but better quality than most. *Continental breakfast only served on weekdays.* Clean, comfortable room. Windows that actually open. Plenty of well-lit parking. Nice patio / courtyard seating area.

We have stayed here many times and have always had a great experience with the staff and the hotel rooms. However, the slots seemed extra tight and didn't win enough to just keep playing. It was so bad we were to stay there on our return trip home a few days later. We changed to another local Casino and came out much better.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:35p and the front desk staff wouldn’t let us check in? I explained I made my reservations several months ago and we are staying 2 nights! Are you saying my rooms isn’t ready? Oh your room is ready but you have to wait until 3p sharp. Very poor customer experience

One of the best if not the best hotel experience we have had! The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! The pool was clean and quiet even with kids playing in it. The hallways were quiet as well and very clean. Our room was spotless well stocked and the beds are so comfortable I laid down for 5 minutes and fell asleep. Highly recommend staying here again
