Albert Guesthouse
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The guesthouse was clean and welcoming. We could walk around town from the guesthouse even though the town was small. There was 1 restaurant and a small grocery store. I would stay there again if I were back in the area.

Vididalstunga Hotel & Travel Guide\n
There isn't a wide range of hotel options on Travelocity that are less than 6 miles (10 kilometers) from downtown Vididalstunga. We recommend that you book ahead of time if you are thinking of staying central.
The Hótel Hvítserkur, Iceland, which is the closest accommodation option, sits 13 miles (21 kilometers) from the city center of Vididalstunga. A second handy Travelocity-listed place to stay is the North West Hotel & Restaurant, situated in Iceland, 4 miles (6 kilometers) from the urban core of Vididalstunga.
Blonduos is 25 miles (38 kilometers) north of Vididalstunga and boasts Blonduos Church and Museum of Handicrafts. Some Blonduos accommodations include the Hótel Blönduós and Glaðheimar Cottages. Or, you could consider staying in Saudarkrokur, 40 miles (63 kilometers) to the northeast of Vididalstunga, where you can choose from the Hotel Tindastóll and Hotel Mikligardur. The Saudarkrokur Heritage Museum and Tannery Visitor Centre are some more frequented sites to get to know while in Saudarkrokur.
For travelers flying via Akureyri Airport, you might plan to book a room at Hotel Kea by Keahotels, or Icelandair Hotel Akureyri, which are both a short taxi ride away.
