The hotel has a stench as soon as you walk in. When we got to the room, it also had a dirty smell. Toilet was leaking and when I put my children in the tub there was sticky white substance with red hair in the shower. I removed them from the shower and took them to the bed to call the front desk and there was hard stains on the comforter of the bed. I called the front desk and she acted like it wasn't a problem but that she would give us another room. The next room smelled the same and the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way, it was stuck so we had to squeeze our way in and out. The sink was stopped up and when I washed my hands it looked like a brown sandy substance was coming out of the drain. It was overall a bad experience and I dont know how this hotel had great reviews.

Unfortunately, this trip was for the funeral of my dad. But, the staff was extremely accommodating for my family. We booked 3 separate rooms and they were able to place all of us next to each other.
