The entire staff was lovely and an accommodating- well done ! A wee small complaint - out of the 15 cups of coffee I purchased during my stay - only 3 cups were fresh and hot- at 5$ each that was disappointing. I only mention it because it was not an isolated thing. Would stay again in a heartbeat !

The view and the room was very nice..for the price though there is no fridge or microwave to heat up food which forces you to either order from there restaurant or buy food Everytime you are hungry .. also a little dusty, allergies where acting up .otherwise beautiful place

We spent a decent amount for just 1 night thinking this was a family friendly resort. From the moment we walked in with our kids, we felt out of place. The front desk manager was a bit rude and unprofessional, and made comments that made me feel as though I didn’t belong there even though it was my reservation and I had just put down the deposit. The pool had loud music passing 1030pm for which i called The front and asked if there was a time it was going to turn off because we had little kids. They said it was supposed to go off at 10. There were towels folded nicely in the bathroom with wet coffee stains that we found when we went to go use. It felt like the sheets were not freshly cleaned. Overall, disappointed in the nearly $600 we spent for one night and won’t be returning.

My favorite hotel in Jensen Beach

This is my 4th time staying at Hutchinson Shores and I won’t stay anywhere else in the area. Rooms are nice and clean - ocean view rooms are amazing!

I was very disappointed in the food from restaurant. I tried all three meal times and was left unhappy with what I was brought. I was expecting more from a place that requires reservations. Restaurant staff members at the door were not very pleasant when asked questions. I did enjoy the beach area. It was very nice. I loved that I was able to get chairs and umbrella easily. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well stocked with towels and basics. The hotel as a whole suited my purposes, but it wasn't the best place I've ever stayed at.

This is my favorite hotel ever. It’s beautiful and well maintained. The beds aren’t great. They’re hard. Also the hot tub is super hot. Besides that though, it’s perfect.

Hutchinson Resort & Spa is a nice resort but the best parts are not the rooms, if you are looking for luxary then you'll need to look elsewhere, the rooms are no "The W Hotel" quality, we booked a full weekend in a Ocean Front balcony king and were let down with the room. The resort amenities and staff are where the resort shines, with your every need attended to quickly and effectively, with the staff always going above and beyond your needs. Next time we'd stay elsewhere and come here for the amenities as the room rates are just too high for what you are getting.
