The small hotel is in Marampata, Peru, close to Choquequirao. Everything that gets to Marampata comes on a human's or mule's back on a brutally long day of hiking. Travelocity Verified Review
"I had the most wonderful stay before and after the Choquequirao trek, and in fact the stay before was so wonderful and hospitable that I completed the trek a day early so I could return for one more night. The hosts are so sweet and thoughtful, and Katherine went above and beyond when I returned from the trek a bit sick, offering me honey for my tea from their personal kitchen area. The hammock is the perfect place to relax, as are the terraces or patios available outside every room. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the animals on the grounds are the icing on the cake if you, like me, enjoy petting a bunny on occasion! "
