Check in was delayed

Hotel & room was fine. We were in town for a wedding & planned to check in at 3pm which was the check in time. We planned on getting dressed & ready at the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that would work, person on the phone stated that is fine. Once we arrived at 3pm they said room wasn’t ready. We would have made other plans if I was told on the phone the room wouldn’t have been ready so was disappointed with the delay and incorrect information. We had to rush to get ready and barely made it to the wedding on time.

Not worth the price

Needs an update and a thorough cleaning. Table in between beds was broke and unsafe very noticeable and it was left there. Hot tub does not work properly and outdated. So much chlorine it burns your eyes and you can’t breathe!!! Read the notes free breakfast only during the week. Honestly not worth the price unless you are actually there gambling or for a show and even then it’s sketchy. For 15 more minutes and 75 dollars cheaper could have stayed at a place with a great pool, full free breakfast, and even cleaner !!!! Not being difficult but for the price of the rooms they need to update and step up their game !!!!

Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect. I’m not sure if I miss read it or didn’t see it but on the weekend the breakfast isn’t included an I was not made aware of that. But during the week the breakfast is included just not on the weekend. But other than that little issue my stay was absolutely beautiful and very welcoming.

This is a great place. Clean comfortable rooms, connected to the casino. My only complaint is there was only the mirror in the bathroom which was a little difficult for getting ready, and the continental breakfast is only during the week which was disappointing. Overall I would stay again because of its location.
