The complimentary breakfast on the beach was amazing every day. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was amazing… especially Arnold and Ms. Betty! They went over and beyond to make sure me and my wife had an amazing extended honeymoon in Tulum, and even upgraded our room at the same rate. Amazing!

Location is fantastic and rooms are nice. Beach club was outstanding. never busy and always chill. We loved daily breakfast on the beach and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They want you to take care of your towels. so please dont leave dark makeup marks on towels or loose your beach towels. There is alot of action close to the hotel and easy to work round for food or to party. 100% recommended and we will visit again.

Coco Unlimited is so sweet and I am so happy I chose it for my first trip to Tulum. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s unbelievable how kind they all are. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy, comfortable, and enjoying your stay. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the grounds and cleaning staff. The restaurant is delicious. The view and access to the sea is great. The rooms are super pretty. The pool area is awesome- love the waterfall feature. It’s simply a perfect vacay experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel over all the pumped up hotels on the Playa. The vibe here is super cool and mellow and human scale. Very different from what is up the road. Coco is your Tulum if you want a pretty, yummy, kind, happy, chill experience.

Bon séjour au Coco Unlimited. Nous avions la chambre 14 qui est un peu séparé des autres cabanes. Le niveau d’humidité était excessivement élevé dans la chambre. À côté de l’hôtel il y a un espace abandonné dans lequel se trouve des chiens et ces derniers ont aboyés toute la nuit. Lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception s’il était possible de changer de chambre ils ne nous sont pas revenus. Par contre, le personnel était très gentil. Le petit dej était très bon et la plage magnifique.

It was a great place to stay at, I stayed there for 10 days and felt at home. It was calm, the staff was super nice and great service. The restaurant is good and breakfast as enough options for a stay. Overall would def recommend All my friends that came to see me there loved it and ended up booking a room there too. Staff was generally very friendly. They could have had one more server working the beach club as service was a bit slow and poor Agus had too much going on. Property well maintained and pretty. Of course its Mexico and at the beach so you have to have realistic expectations, fixtures will have corrosion etc. Hotel charges a very high amount to replace any cloth pieces, so be careful with your wine. Otherwise no notes, would return.

My husband had a surgery before our trip and one his stitches leaked watery blood on the sheets and they asked us to pay 540 US dollars for the damage. Be careful signing the contract they have ranges of penalties which was 180 US dollars for sheet but they wanted to collect 540 US dollars which is 3 times more. Never had this experience in any hotel.

Room that ibwas assigned was not the same as described online.  They claim it is in the same category,  but i disagree.   I confirmed with their staff before arriving which room i would get on WhatsApp.   Despite the assurance i would not get the inferior room, that is exactly the room they gave me. The managers rectified the situation with an upgrade to a superior room on the last day and a bottle of wine.  The wine never arrived despite reminding them of it a couple of times. Quality of the beach furniture was quite poor.  Stains and torn and broken. Get Outlook for Android

Front desk are very goodi I love my housekeeper Christina, Emeldo from engineering is very good and funny, The girls who mainly work breakfast are very kind, they could use some help with getting the food to tables before it gets cold…the changes happening while i was there are perfect , wish they would have happened sooner. I love how quiet it is there and the suites .
