I had a very pleasant experience with the hotel and their front-desk staff, as well as with their housekeeping staff for the five days I stayed recently. Very polite and courteous! The room, which had a king bed, was very clean and was cleaned every two days as part of maintaining environmental stewardship and keeping costs down. I had no complaints at all about that. The only small down-side is that, as I am light-sensitive in the night, the window pull-down blind let in outside light a bit, which made it a bit harder to fall asleep. The breakfast, which was included in the cost of the room, was okay. It had a nice assortment of food -- sausage links, scrambled eggs or omelets, waffles, muffins, toast, and cereal, along with fruit juice and coffee. Overall, I would come back for a return visit next time I'm in Tulsa.

I just didnt understand why we got charged $12 to dry our clothes after the dryer we paid for did not dry our clothes like it was supposed to. Booked a room for 6 days for an event in tulsa. My family and I stayed at this hotel for two days, and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially want to mention the lady who worked at the breakfast station—she was incredibly polite, helpful, and made the mornings feel warm and pleasant. The breakfast itself was your standard offering, but it had something for everyone and was a nice way to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
