The Space:

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living area, adorned with modern furnishings and stylish decor. The large windows invite natural light and showcase the stunning views, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, everyone in your group will have their own sanctuary to unwind. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and modern decor.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for higher guest counts. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

**Pool/Spa Heating Information**:

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating.

Spa heating (when pool is not heated for the stay) is available for $50 per night.

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.

The host was welcoming and helpful. The house and location/view is amazing! However, we are only able to give it 4 stars because there were several issues that we had. The refrigerator ice maker and filtered water were not working at all. Because of this, our group had to do multiple 'ice runs' to the local Safeway. This alone was not a big deal. We prepaid for 3 days of heating the pool and hot tub. However, on the morning of our last full day, the heater for the pool and hot tub completely stopped working. We contacted the host about this issue (at about noon, and he had a pool tech come and look at it, which proceeded to take several hours to arrive, investigate, and come back, with no success at fixing the issue. They determined It could not be repaired until the next day (when we were leaving). The host thanked us for our patience and provided the healing refund for that day, which was the minimum that could be expected. Given the time and energy from handling the multiple issues, one might expect that he may offer a refund for another day of the 3 days paid (100/day) to heat the pool and hot tub (or at least a partial refund). Another thing that you should know is that the person who books the stay will have to be in contact with the host regularly to even turn on the heater. So even before the above issues, i had to message the host prior to being able to use the prepaid, heated, pool and hot tub. It was a bit of a pain to be honest.

Very Comfortable home for Family Gathering!

Spacious, clean and comfortable! Our family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball hoops and games provided. Fabulous location in the Catalina foothills, near great grocery stores, restaurants, resorts, golf and and hiking! Daniel and Darren were extremely responsive and helpful with our questions and requests! There are neighbors located close by, but for the most part our kids kept the noise down and I guess nobody was bothered by our large group. An outdoor dining table would be a nice addition in the future. We hope to come back next year!

Our family enjoyed our time together in this clean, comfortable, and contemporary-styled home. The outdoor pool and hot tub provided hours of enjoyment for the grandkids and adults. Host Daniel responded promptly to all our needs. I would rent this property again if our family returns to the area.

What a great property to spend 3 days with your family! King size beds, heated pool and spa, game room, beautiful views of Tucson and an attentive owner. If we return to Tucson, this property is at the top of our list.
