"Bedding was acceptably clean. However, due to the age of the hotel the bathroom shows sign of wear and tear. The bathtub wasn’t levelled so would wobble; and there is signs of mould around the walls. The door handle was ran out of batteries when we checked in, but that was a small inconvenience. ..."

The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Reception and bellman greeted me by name during the whole stay. Indoor pool was gorgeous and rooftop bar was very nice. We didn’t use the onsen or gym so cannot speak to that. Breakfast was ok. So many great options to eat around the hotel as it is very centrally located. It’s about a 12 minute walk to lady bird lake. Would definitely stay again when back in Hanoi."
