Enjoy your coffee with majestic views of the river from the outdoor deck with seating for 12. After breakfast, you can walk down to your 500 feet of private river frontage, where you can fish "yes water" for blue ribbon rainbow trout, brown trout, and chinook salmon right out your back door.

Our home is private and secluded with every modern amenity including a state of the art kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, we are also just 5 minutes from downtown Troy, where you can eat at one of the local restaurants, buy a new fly at the angler shop, bowl a few frames, or visit the art gallery. We are also just a few minutes from the Kootenai suspension bridge, epicly beautiful trails, and billions of acres of public access land with some of the best boating, skiing, golfing, hiking and outdoor activities around. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, read a book by the wood stove, or roast s'mores by the firepit with a view of the stars over the river. Welcome to Montana.
