Travelers Rest visit

Stay ok. Shower door leaked very badly all over shower area floor. Limited towels. Continental breakfast average. First day no ripe fruit. Limited bread and bagel selection. Employees friendly and helpful.

For the price, I couldn’t expect much more than what I got I suppose. The room was clearly outdated in its layout but had at some time had a face lift to try to hide the age. The a/c was old and sounded like it. It’s smelled musty in the room. Housekeeping had been there but had just gone through the motions. There were greasy areas on the furniture. Microwave and refrigerator worked but were showing wear and tear. The sad little coffeemaker was suppled with equally sad little packets of bad coffee. But for one night, leaving early in the morning, I couldn’t have expected much more.
