"We loved this cabin!! The views were incredible! From checking in to checking out, was so very easy! The interior was welcoming.... The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including spices in the cabinet. Pots and pans of all sorts. If you bring a pet, there are extra food and water bowls in the hall closet by the bathroom. There were 2 robes for hot tub use in the back room in a closet. Also, a ironing board, iron, blow dryer, extra towels, and more! The only thing we had happen was the fire alsrm went off 3 times during the week, at night, everytime it went off. Then, it stopped on its own. We couldnt figure that out. Of course, there was NO smoking in the cabin, and my husband only smokes outside and, at home, too. Might need to change rhe batteries... All in all, 100% beautiful cabin, beautiful trip, LOVES IT....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! HOT TUB was very easy to.operate.Oh, and the mattress.... sunk too far in the middle.Thats all!! "Stoneybrook was one of our favorite places we've stayed! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was amazing, with a beautiful sitting area, gardens, and trails into the woods. Our kids would have happily just stayed right there on the property during our whole trip! The hosts had thought of everything and really made us feel welcome. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. We definitely would stay again! "

"Wonderful property to rest and relax among the trees. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from downtown Asheville. Spent a lot of time hiking and then relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Very comfortable beds, and a great selection of games. James and Nettie are gracious hosts with excellent communication. Would be happy to return. "

"We loved this little cabin SO MUCH! We caught trout every day from steps away from the porch and enjoyed the hot tub and tv after dark. Our dog loved the fenced porch and backyard area. It truly had everything we needed and wasn’t far from town at all! We plan on staying a week next time. We even ended up saving a neighborhood dog :) The only negative was a faulty smoke detector/fire alarm that woke us up out of a sleep at 6am on our last morning at the cottage. It frankly scared us as we thought we were in danger. Luckily nothing was wrong but it was difficult to rest up for our drive back to Charlotte afterwards. "
