Great location and very good value for the price. The building looks nice and staff were friendly. It’s more of an apartment-style stay (no room service or daily cleaning), and there were some minor cleanliness issues on arrival. Parking is an extra $45. Overall, a good stay if you know what to expect.

Hotel is very conveniently located nearby Yorkville attractions, transit, and the room provided was spotless and offered all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay or a stay for a week. Loved having the kitchenette.

Great staff, great service. We booked for a dinner party here at one of the suites and they upgraded us which was super nice. Only thing I'd recommend is providing paper towels in the kitchen suites, we didn't have anything to dry our dishes with or wipe down the counters. Having a full kitchen was really nice, this place is great for it if you want a place to cook. Kitchen has enough essentials for that.

During the stay there was extremely loud construction on the floors above me, they were testing fire alarms throughout the days, the location was not ideal, the parking garage exit was not clearly marked for leaving out. Stephanie me a day's parking however. Will not be staying here again. Did not enjoy my stay!

Since my check in on Tuesday morning, there has been building-wide fire-alarm testing that results in alarms blaring in EVERY suite and hallway with announcements and piercing tones... every 15 minutes, from 9am to approx 4pm. It is now Thursday night, day 3, and I inquired at the front desk if it was finally over with- they said there is likely to be more testing tomorrow. :( I haven't slept since I arrived (after travelling internationally) - why was I permitted to book over these dates without any notice or warning?? I spoke to their reservations staff directly about staying these dates, nothing was mentioned. 4 days of continuous alarms seems a little unreasonable for an occupied hotel. It's ruined an otherwise perfectly nice stay.
