The space

Modern gorgeous house. Three bedroom, one bathroom, fenced yard. The entire home is all yours! Fully remodeled kitchen & interior. Not to mention the beds are comfy & the wifi is strong. A cozy spot, centrally located to all that Topeka has to offer.

The kitchen is updated with all high-end, stainless steel appliances, and concrete countertops. There are pots and pans for cooking as well. The bathroom was professionally designed, including detailed tile work and shiplap walls. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with pillow top mattresses.

Near THE FARMERS' MARKET, ( from Spring to every Saturday until November 3.)

Highway close and convenient but far enough away you don't hear it.

About our Staff

Chela and Claudia have been cleaning and caring for my guest homes for seven years. Chela and Claudia do a wonderful job as experienced experts in preparing the home for your stay. To insure our guests safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning door handles, outlets, walls and have continued the use of high grade disinfectant. All linens, bedding, mats are laundered between guests. As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.

Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry, and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home.

This home is used exclusively for vacation rentals. All rooms, except the laundry room are on one level. There is a step up to enter the home. The basement is unfinished but has a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use.

Absolutely no smoking in the home. There will be a $150.00 fee for any guests smoking in the home. In addition we will ask guests to be responsible for any fees resulting in the incoming guests having to be relocated due to smoking in the home, damage, and/or unauthorized late check out.

I’ve designed this space to be accessed at any time (late check ins are just fine). My day job does keep me busy so most likely I will not be there to greet you at the door, but I have a servants heart and I am easily reached. Upon check in if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to shoot me a text or give me a call and I will be happy to help. I also know where all the best local dining is based on your tastes!!
