There was no meat offered or available at breakfast. I selected this hotel based on the expectation os a good breakfast in the morning. The woman working the buffet said they must have forgotten to order sausage or bacon.

When we arrived they did not have all 3 rooms on the itinerary. They were able to accommodate us but 2of the rooms were not Queen suites as paid for. Pool was closed most of the ice machines were not working. Laundry wasn’t working. Breakfast the first day was plain scrambled eggs and potatoes they hadn’t gotten their shipment of breakfast meats. Other choices were lacking as well.

Unfortunately the phone didn’t work, the blinds were broken , and when my husband talked to the front desk he said oh well . When my husband asked to speak to a manager the employee told him he’s never here and doesn’t care about your issues.

Welcoming staff. The cost of room was rather high for the overall quality of the rooms. Room was clean, however, the chemical smell from the cleaning products was very strong and took a while to dissipate.

Bummer stay.

I was a little disappointed that when we checked in we found out that there pool was closed, the ice machine was out of service and the Apps for the mobile device had not been set up. It was a family weekend with grandchildren so it did not turnout as well as we expected.

The pool was closed due to maintenance. We were looking forward to swimming. We did not know the pool would be closed. We were very disappointed. Would you please discount our bill. We would not have stayed if we knew ahead of time that the pool was not up and running.
