"What a fantastic mini vacation thanks to this resort! We felt like we had the place to ourselves. From our warm welcome upon arrival to our departure, the staff here are awesome. Our room was so big, vaulted ceilings, 2 little decks with sliders. We had a 2 person jaccuzi tub and a gas fireplace as well. The bed was so comfortable too. We loved the amenities and used the Roman Spa, pool and ice machine. The resort was close to all the best restaurants and sites. Honestly could not have asked for anything more. Other reviewers do say that the resort is tired and needs updating. I agree that there is some peeling wallpaper, antique furniture and very low water pressure. But how much charm there was! I cannot wait to come back to the Meadowmere."

"This is a great choice walk to beach, new outdoor pool also indoor pool, free breakfast.. coffee tea justice etc.. many room newly renovated quiet yet walk to many many great restaurants… property is on the channel so at low tide walk to beach at high tide rent kayaks.. this is a GEM of a spot"

"Loved everything about our stay! The check in/out was quick and easy, front staff friendly and helpful, loved the attached store for all things beach related, our room was spotless (loved the shower), and the balcony was equipped with chairs and sun loungers if you didn’t want to go on the beach. How can you complain with a room that looks directly out onto the ocean??? Nice little restaurant on site for a quick breakfast before starting our day. My mother and I loved it so much we reserved four rooms for October for our annual family weekend. Can’t say enough nice things about The Norseman. We loved it!!"
