the unit is attached in the back with another unit. however, each unit has full privacy, and nothing is shared. gated parking lot and fully fenced front yard.

ones you enter into the car gate you are gonna see the huge front yard with beautiful outdoor seating area. you can park you car enter into the yellow door and the whole unit it's yours. no shared space. the unit is attached to another rented house.

This house has two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Bathroom- - a walk-in shower

Bedroom #2- sofa queen bed

Kitchen- Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One extra toilet paper and towels are also provided.
Kitchen / Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully stoked. fridge and freezer, electronic stove top for 2, and small air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and complete dining sets. A dishwasher has been installed for easy cleanup.

The dining room table has 4 seating for up to six guests.

Enjoy using a washer and dryer available to you during your visit. Laundry detergent is left for you.

Free Parking- While you’re here, you’ll have access to a private driveway, so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street.
Up to 2 cars.

The backyard is fenced in, so you can relax knowing you have total privacy. !

Beautiful inside/Terrible outside

The apartment was immaculate. Very nice appliances and beds The advertised "garden" was in terrible shape, as was the furniture for the patio. The street outside the yard was disgusting. Trash, refuse, and a dead cat that had been flattened by traffic. The gate should have a lock (one is stated in an email sent with instructions) The area doesn't feel safe as you approach the rental and anything to help your guests feel more secure is needed. I wrote the owner (?) about the television roku needing a missing cable in order to function- two cables are needed, not just one. They replied that it works via internet ( not the problem) I cannot give this a 5 star rating which is too bad because the inside is very nice.

A nice home that was conveniently located for our trip. Having a fenced in parking area for securing our uhaul trailer was reassuring.
