"Staff is amazing.. clean room and accommodating "

"We actually wound up staying four nights. We stayed in room 220. We also had our dog with us and it was obviously a pet room, but it was clean, plenty of hot water, beds were so comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked great. It was quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, and lovely to speak with. Our car broke down and we were a couple of hours away and couldn’t make it back for checkout time. They handled it all really well for us and we wound up spending an extra night. There’s a lot of mixed reviews on the hotel and we were a little nervous, but we actually enjoyed our stay. it is not a five star hotel or even a four star hotel but what it was for allowing pets was really good. You can’t book a two or three star hotel, and expect a four or five stars stay. "
