Just 4 blocks from the lake, this property was meticulously remodeled in 2023 with all new appliances, quartz countertops, fixtures, ceiling fans, paint, carpet and new furnace with A/C! The private 2nd level includes a spacious primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main level along with another full bathroom. If you need to login and work remotely, the upper level mezzanine is furnished with a desk and chair overlooking a beautiful wall of windows. Enjoy the outdoors as the North Tahoe Regional Park trails are just across the street. This park includes the Tahoe Treetop Adventures rope course, sled hills, tennis courts, walking trails and playgrounds . Come back and relax on the redwood deck with a soak in the perched hot tub or BBQ with friends and family. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, casinos and ski resorts. Look no further, this amazing property has it all and then some!!
