Overall, this is an outrageous place. The dock and the lake are obviously the highlights, with comfy furniture for the dock and a very relaxing vibe. I would recommend to the managers that blowing off the deck should be part of the cleanup process. I ended up sweeping all the tree debris and pollen off the deck on the first day. The paddle boards and kayaks are great, and mean you don't have that added expense if you were to need rent them. The house itself is well laid and is what you would expect from a lakeside cabin. The kitchen is well stocked, although not intuitively organized. The living room furniture is really uncomfortable, so if a family movie night is part of what you might do one night, plan on most people being not having a good spot. There is a couch in a sitting room facing the lake which is very comfortable and great for reading. Beds and bedrooms are comfy, and one of the showers is great. The other one has a shower head for someone shorter than 5'5" tall. Road noise is an issue in most spots of the house and becomes background noise eventually. Sleeping with windows facing the road open is not really an option if you are sound sensitive. Even from the end of the dock, you can hear the cars and trucks constantly. Overall a good spot. Next time we are in Tahoe we might look for a place off the main road and/or one with furniture that is a bit more comfortable for the evenings.
