Perfekter Familienurlaub!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie, bestehend aus fÃŒnf Kindern, eine wunderbare Zeit in Villa Valpiana verbracht. Die Unterkunft war gerÀumig und sauber, genau das, was wir fÃŒr unsere große Familie brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem, und es gab genÃŒgend Platz fÃŒr uns alle. Besonders toll war der Außenbereich, wo die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen hatten, wÀhrend wir uns entspannen konnten. Auch die Lage des Ortes ist fantastisch. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der NÀhe – sei es ein Supermarkt, Restaurants oder kinderfreundliche Ausflugsziele. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und das Wasser/ die Umgebung war traumhaft schön. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns mit Tipps zu AktivitÀten und Restaurants in der Umgebung unterstÃŒtzt, und das machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Unsere Kinder waren absolut begeistert und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause! Wir werden diesen Urlaubsort definitiv weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nÀchsten Besuch. Vielen Dank fÃŒr den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus entspricht 100 % der Beschreibung, es ist perfekt eingerichtet, alle RÀume verfÃŒgen ÃŒber Klimaanlage getrennt regelbar. KÃŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, das Haus wurde perfekt gereinigt ÃŒbergeben, Familie Macan empfing uns sehr freundlich, wir fÃŒhlten uns wunderbar betreut. Das GrundstÃŒck ist riesengroß, es gibt viele große Eichen , die im Sommer herrlichen Schatten spenden, es gibt genug bequeme Liegen um den Pool, der ÃŒbrigens perfekt gereinigt und sehr sauber war, außerdem gibt es einen Tischtennistisch und auch HÀngematten unter den BÀumen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Essplatz im Freien mit kleiner AußenkÃŒche, schöener Gasgrill , und Abwaschmöglichkeit. Es gibt auch eine Solaraußendusche. Man kann unter einer Eiche sein Auto im Schatten abstellen. Wir waren auf jeden Fall vom Ferienhaus und der Familie Macan sehr begeistert un d freuen uns bereits auf ein Wiedersehen. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Ein Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall notwendig, weil Restaurants und GeschÀfte zu Fuß schlecht erreichbar sind. Fahrrad wÀre Alternative!

Erholung Pur

Wir waren fÃŒr 2 Wochen dort im Urlaub und wurden bei Ankunft schon ganz herzlich empfangen. Es ist ein ganz wundervolles und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Die Raume sind alle schön hell und freundlich. Alles an Inventar da was man braucht. Es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Haben sogar einen neuen Grill bekommen da der alte bei der EinfÃŒhrung nicht mehr so richtig wollte. HandtÃŒcher und Pool werden zweimal die Woche gereinigt bzw. getauscht. Die Außenanlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool ist schön groß. 6 Liegen sind vorhanden. Alles da um einen perfekten Urlaub zu verbringen. In 20 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Pula, PorecÂŽ und andere StÀdte in der NÀhe. Fahrrad fahren geht fast nur an den Hauptstraßen, Radwege sind in Kroatien nicht wirklich vorhanden. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug von PorecÂŽmit dem Katamaran nach Venedig. Wir sagen ganz herzlichen Dank fÃŒr tolle zwei Wochen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefÃŒhlt. Besonderen Dank auch fÃŒr den leckeren Honig und das Olivenöl. Ihr seit super, macht weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gepflegtes Haus fernab des Massentourismus

Sind vom Besitzer und seiner Ehefrau persönliche begrÌßt worden. Alles sauber und bestens in Schuss. Toller Pool. Nur ein Bauernhof als Nachbar. NÀchste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 km weg. Zentrale Lage, alle SehenswÃŒrdigkeiten in 30 bis 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus fÃŒr die ganze Familie

Toller Empfang durch die sehr netten Vermieter. Alles sauber,hell und modern. Fliegengitter vor den Schlaffenstern. Pool Reinigung und Handtuch Wechsel 2x in der Woche. Lage nahe Vodnjan ideal fÃŒr StrÀnde StÀdte und Öl und Wein Verkostungen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

A Perfect Place to Be

Modernes Anwesen in Idylischer Lage

Sehr gut ausgesstattes Haus, das es an Nichts vermissen lÀsst. Neben dem Pool und der schönen KÌche wurden der Gasgrill und die Tischtennisplatte sehr gut angenommen. Getoppt wird das durch die extrem zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, die einem das GefÌhl geben, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Erholung am Pool in nahezuer Alleinlage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen. ZunÀchst erhielten wir Reisetipps und eine eine kurze HausfÃŒhrung. Der Vermieter kÃŒmmerte sich wÀhrend des Aufenthalts um die Sauberkeit des Pools. Das klimatisierte Haus lÀsst keine WÃŒnsche offen. Im Außenbereich kann man auf einer sonnengeschÃŒtzten Terasse oder einem Unterstand (mit Grill und SpÃŒlmöglichkeit) entspannen. An heißen Tagen lÀsst es sich unter den vielen BÀumen sehr gut aushalten. Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt genossen.

Schönes Haus mit großem GrundstÃŒck

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Auch bei weiteren RÃŒckmeldungen, halfen sie uns immer weiter. Das Haus und GrundstÃŒck sind groß, neu und sauber. Zudem findet man dort alles vor, was man braucht.
