"Poor Wifi, only works in the lobby. Staff at the front desk is terrible, unfriendly, and not helpful. Hotel does not offer parking nor validation for public parking. Worst experience I've had through expedia so far. Do not recommend. "

"The pool was full of bugs, homeless everywhere, next door is a parking lot for 18 wheelers. So its always loud and noisy. When we were parking we were harassed by security about where we were parking. He stood there arguing with that we couldn't park in handicapped because we didn't have a hanging placard. Our vehicles plate has the handicapped on it. We had to get out and point to the plate multiple times for him to understand. In our room if we wanted to use the microwave we had to physically pick it up and move it to where there was a outlet. There was broken tvs by the stairway. Staff and amenities were not pleasant either. Way overpriced."
