Welcome to Serenity Now, your canal-side escape in the gated Venture Out community on Cudjoe Key. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to six guests and offers the perfect combination of laid-back Lower Keys living, resort-style amenities, and easy access to Key West.

Inside, you'll find a bright, open living space that's comfortable and inviting after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, while the dedicated gas grill makes outdoor cooking easy.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. A comfortable second bedroom and additional sleeping space allow the home to accommodate up to six guests.

One of the best parts of Serenity Now is the outdoor setting. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the private deck overlooking the extra-wide canal. Whether you're watching boats go by, enjoying the tropical breeze, or simply slowing down for a while, it's a wonderful place to experience the quieter side of the Florida Keys.

Bringing a boat? You'll have 35 feet of dockage right at the property, with quick access to the open waters of the Atlantic and easy access to the Gulf. Venture Out also has an on-site boat ramp and marina. Trailer parking within Venture Out is first-come, first-served, but an off-site parking option approximately 10 minutes away may be available for a modest additional cost.

Guests also have access to a locked waterside enclosure beneath the home with a large bait/ice freezer and space for safely storing fishing and boating gear. Bikes, pickleball paddles, and tennis rackets are provided for guest use.

You certainly don't need a boat to enjoy Serenity Now! Venture Out offers an impressive variety of amenities, including a heated 80-foot saltwater pool, swimming lagoon, tennis, pickleball, basketball and bocce courts, marina, boat ramp, and on-site store. There's plenty to do without ever leaving the community.

When you're ready to explore, Key West is approximately 30 minutes away, making it easy to spend the day enjoying its restaurants, historic sites, shopping, waterfront, and nightlife before returning to the quieter surroundings of Cudjoe Key.

Please note that Venture Out charges a one-time $125 registration/check-in fee. Guests are expected to follow all Venture Out community rules during their stay.

Water Safety Notice: This home is located directly on a boating canal. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the canal and dock area. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with a waterside location and agree to exercise appropriate caution and supervision.

Camera Disclosure: For security purposes, exterior cameras are located at the property and monitor the driveway/parking area and the canal/dock area. There are no cameras located inside the home.
