Nice condo, poor managment
This condo was rented through iTrips Steamboat. Upon arrival, we found a large ceiling fan on the floor against a wall in a bedroom with a Murphy bed & there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. There was no place to put the fan when pulling out the Murphy bed. I called iTrips Steamboat to report the problem & they said they would send someone out the following day. We had to put the fan outside as there was no where to put it. The following day, maintenance picked up the fan and put tape on the exposed wires but did not fix the fan. On day 2, the air conditioner went out and when we called iTrip Steamboat, they said someone couldn't come out until the following day which was our checkout day. The temperature was a steady 84 degrees for the evening. We specifically rented a condo with air conditioning. iTrip Steamboat was difficult to work with and did not respond to my request of a partial refund. The iTrip Steamboat staff who answered the phone sounded as if they were in a city oversees as there was a lot of background traffic noise, roosters crowing in the background, poor connection, etc. I WOULD NOT TRUST USING THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
