River’s Bend Ranch’s largest accommodation, the Bunk House, features 10 bedrooms—each with a private bath and most with balconies—and can sleep up to 20 guests with a mix of twin, queen, and king beds. It includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, TV room, and a large banquet space, perfect for corporate meetings or family reunions. Linens and kitchenware are provided. Enjoy mountain views from the decks, a hot tub under the stars, plus a fire pit and gas grill with firewood and propane supplied.

Our event pavilion is an ideal setting for outdoor weddings, offering stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. On the ranch, guests can enjoy fishing, birding, and walking trails. Trail rides along our piece of the Shenandoah's South Fork are available to guests and the general public, and can accommodate any riding ability. RBR offers something for all ages and interests, with convenient access to Luray Caverns, Skyline Drive, the charming town of Luray, hiking trails, kayaking, canoe rentals, and more. Kids (and adults!) will love meeting our farm animals, including sheep, cows, chickens (and sometimes baby chicks!), horses, barn cats, and our friendly, attention-loving dog.

Location wise, it is amazing! Amazing property surrounded by lots of land and mountains. Horse riding is very close by. Manager Caroline was a wonderful person.

Best weekend we could have asked for!

This was an incredible weekend. Even before we got there, I received two calls giving me all the information necessary for the weekend. The moment we got to the property we never left. The view of the horses and mountains was breathtaking. The river was about a 15 minute walk. We spend a whole day there and had it all to ourselves. We couldn't believe it. The house was very clean and organized! We were 20 full grown adults and there was room to spare in the house! When such a large group gets together, I am always worried about space and bathrooms. Not here! Everyone was able to have the choice of spending it with others or have alone time. There is a Food Lion about 10 minutes away so all groceries were able to be picked up right before we got there. The property has so much to offer and I know we only scratched the surface. I can't believe I've lived in DC for four years and this is my first time visiting. I recommend it to all. I know I will be coming back. It was a true reset and I could not be more grateful. Thank you for such an incredibly relaxing weekend.
