The condo seemed smaller in person than it did in the photos, but there were only 3 of us so it was fine. I do wish the balcony that looked straight out to the ocean was bigger, as it appears in the photos. The size of the rooms are ok, it’s just a choppy layout and a bit dated, but again, not a deal breaker. It had all amenities we could need. One of the pillows and a blanket did appear to have stains (possibly blood) on them, so we didn’t use those, and we checked everything else thoroughly. The surfaces were clean and the unit smelled fresh. Some of the doors and windows seemed to not seal very well. You could hear noises clearly as if the windows were open, and some ants were getting into our bedroom from the balcony door. Also one of the sliding doors would not lock.
We were able to access the room a few hours early, which was great after a long day of travel. We went by the office a few times during business hours to get our parking pass but nobody was ever there. No problems came from not having a pass so it wasn’t a big deal.
The pool and deck were very clean. The walk to the ocean was short and the beach was great. The location was perfect for us because it was close enough to the busier area of the pier and all the shops, but not right in the middle of it.
Overall I’m happy for what we paid (off season price) but I wouldn’t pay the peak season prices.
