Cute 2 bedroom on the beach

Beautifully decorated, great location and had many households items provided. Really the only thing they can improve is that the beds are not comfortable. I would stay again.

Great location

We loved our time here! The place was clean and right on the beach. We had an issue with the AC the first night, but someone was there the next day to fix it for us. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little beach bungalow that just needs some TLC

We had a lovely week long stay at this condo, but I agree with some of the other reviewers it just needs a little TLC. The bed in the master bedroom is a firm mattress so be aware, but the twin beds in the second bedroom were definitely softer for those looking for a softer bed. The firm mattress could be easily remedied with a mattress topper and I would suggest that to the owners. There were no beach towels and only two beach chairs (one was broken) so we ended up buying towels and chairs (we left them at the condo) so hopefully they will be there for the next guests. Overall we had a nice stay, but to the owners remember that people are coming from out of state to stay at your home and these little things will make it a much more enjoyable stay.

Needs updates

Master king bed very hard..ended up sleeping on twin bed.. Stairs need updated.. Swimming pool needs updated... Maintance man works from 2-5 Monday - Friday and uses blower to clean the patio and property...very annoying!!!!

Short Stay

Only stayed 2 nights in non-peak season. Location was great! Unit could use some light maintenance (mainly paint), additional lighting (bedrooms don’t have any overhead lighting and only one working lamp in each bedroom), and softer beds. Would return to the area but maybe not this unit.

Didn't feel like a "VRBO"

The location and space were great, but the place needed a deep cleaning. There were hypodermic needles in the kitchen and not enough bathroom supplies (toilet paper).

Reddington Surf Resort

Great location with the Gulf of Mexico just a few steps away. Beds are old and super uncomfortable, so if you don’t care about getting a goodnights rest this place is for you. Unit was dirty and could use a deep cleaning.

Beautiful Unit and Location. Horrendous Parking Arrangement.

Location and Unit were great.. Parking well that’s another thing! Numbered parking spots that no one adheres to.. if some one is parked in their numbered spot when they arrive, they just park in someone else’s spot. To lazy to go find the person in their spot.. then when the right people ( my. Wife & I)finally do what would be normal , find the person that was in our spot instead of taking another’s, you have to track down 3 others that are already parked in one another’s spots.. just laziness !!!! That happened 2 out of the 4 days that we stayed.. Crazy.. but place overall was very nice.

Beach Weather

The property was on the beach which made it appealing. The pool area was nice but on the small side. I had a late check in and there was nothing in the lock box so I had to make a call. Condo was spacious and nicely decorated, but the floors were dirty and there were no remotes for bedroom tv's. Twin beds could use new mattresses.

Redington Stay

Check-in process was easy just had to contact agent. The only downfall was the king bed was too hard for our personal preference, but outside of the that it was a beautiful place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach.

I would stay again

So I started this journey last minute due to the hurricane causing damage an hr south where we normally stay. I felt this was a pretty fair deal especially for last minute booking. I think we booked and where there the next day. Got lucky I guess. I was disappointed I couldn't exactly see room details on app or online, as far as where it was located within the building. I was also concerned about the pool being near the parking but honestly you really wouldn't know it was there. They have a nice sitting area and a designated smoking pavilion which I thought worked for smokers and non alike. Beach was maybe a bit more that 100 ft away. So the setting overall was pretty good. Most of the people we encountered where pretty nice and the cleaning staff that was there were very kind and helpful considering they are there for the rooms, not you personally. There really wasn't anyone monitoring the property so take that for what you will. They did have someone there quoting out security cameras which would be a good idea Overall I'm pretty happy with our stay, especially considering it almost didn't happen at all this year. I would go again but would definitely go for a sea side balcony view.

Great time in Redington Beach

We really enjoyed the property and location. Right on the beach with short walk to the restaurants.. We always take day trips on our family vacations and were able to explore Clearwater, St.Pete, Sarasota while staying in Redington Beach Pool area needed some attention( cleaning and new lounge chairs) but that would not defer us from coming back. Mattress jn the bedroom is super hard but we like it this way and some people might not. Just a warning (again, would not be deal breaker for us).

Check in was easy dishes were dirty they had old food on the dishes we had to re wish all dishes the bedroom with 2 twin beds were dirty the. Eat pet was the ocean being so close . Requirements were very different from email communication received I book through VRBO and when calling the resort it was different information

Little things need more attention

Bathroom could have been a little more clean. The shower curtain was dirty. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds, one of the lamp knobs was broken so you couldn’t turn on/off the light. The king size bed was a little too hard for my comfort but we were spent by the time we got to bed so it was comfy enough. The office had no one in it, you had to call the number on the door to reach someone.

Great property

Great accomodations right on the beach. The resort was well maintained, convenient check-in (at 1am) and checkout was a breeze. Great proximity to everything, too. Would definitely stay again!

My family had a relaxing stay. The beach was our backyard! Plenty of shells kept my kiddos busy. Food and groceries were close by as well. We plan on returning.

Nice Beach Condo

Condo is convenient to beach, its great being able to walk right out onto the sand without needing to drive to public beach access and haul beach gear! This unit was decorated nicely and had comfy couches, though beds are rock hard. It does not look directly onto beach, rather it is the closest unit to the road with views of the road, however we didn't mind. It is on the second floor up a flight of stairs (no elevator). Unit was cleaned okay, but not great...floor appeared swept/vaccummed but not mopped as walking barefoot upon entering there were some sticky spots and our clean white socks immediately turned black. Also, there was no soap (not in kitchen nor bathroom), though at least there was TP and paper towels. No lysol spray or wipes either, which most rental units we've stayed in usually have. No beach/pool towels included (just bath towels), which is odd especially since it is on the beach and has a pool! There were 4 kinda old/cruddy beach chairs and 3 boogie boards (1 beach chair had something gross crusted on the storage bag that looked like dried vomit). Pool was great, and nice shuffleboard and patio area. On the beach you can pay to rent umbrella/chairs. Gorgeous beach (we stayed mid April so no idea about possible red tide later in season). Easy drive to restaurants, Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS. Nearby ice cream places and check out John's Pass. Overall good stay, just recommend that they check that cleaning staff is cleaning thoroughly and hope they include cleaning wipes, soap and pool towels for future guests.

Great location!

We have stayed on this property before - just a different unit. We love the location and the beach. Cleanliness could have been much better in the room as well as the pool and outside entertaining area, but was tolerable. We will definitely be back again!
