When I checked in on Saturday, I got into my room, and I found a roach in my room. When checking out, I told the front desk, and all I got was: "I am sorry to hear that”. What a joke! The elevators took forever, the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Definitely not booking here again.

Terrible experience. Not coming back.

Went for a weekend trip for a cardinals game and could not have had a worst experience. The sewage was backing up and smelling up the bathrooms in the pool area. Our fold out mattress had blood stains and it was was too pricey for what little you actually get. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was great. Just sad how fast the standards have fallen. Stay somewhere else.
